The Method

NEW MIND
THINKING.

Three movements. One brain. The operating system behind every Structured Mischief engagement.

Movement 01

LISTENING.

"Most strategy fails in the briefing room, not the boardroom. We start by listening to what no one else does."

We immerse inside the organization before we propose anything. We sit with the founders, the floor staff, the loudest critics, and the quietest customers.

Then we map the unspoken — the rivalries, the unwritten rules, the cultural debts. That map is where every credible strategy begins.

Movement 02

IMAGINING.

"Imagination is a discipline, not a vibe. We treat it like a research method."

Scenario work, cultural cross-pollination, deliberate constraint. We pull in references from outside the category — from sport, from literature, from infrastructure, from religion.

What comes out isn't 'a big idea.' It's a structured hypothesis: a position the organization can defend, evolve, and ship behind for the next decade.

Movement 03

CREATING.

"A strategy nobody can build is just a private opinion. We refuse to leave it there."

We stay in the room through the executional layer — narrative, identity, product principles, internal language, founder communications.

We don't replace your creative team. We give them the substrate they've been asking for: a brief that's true, sharp, and impossible to misunderstand.
